Does this scholarship also apply to one year of studies at a foreign university if the student goes as an exchange student and then returns to continue their full-time studies at their home university?
If the one-year study at a foreign university is part of the degree program, then yes.
If I am in my first year at university, but only halfway through the second semester, do I still need to send my high school documents, or is that not necessary?
Because a transcript for one semester does not give a sufficient overview, a high school transcript must also be included.
Is it necessary to send the transcript for the last fall semester?
Yes.
If I applied for the Full-Time Student Scholarship last year, can I apply for it again this year?
Yes, if you have applied in previous years, you may apply for the Full-Time Student Scholarship again in each subsequent academic year, subject to the applicable maximum.
